Now, it's possible Badin himself knows both English and German, but it seems more likely that his expertise is technology and that he relies on language specialists in the GRU to make use of the materials hacked in 2015 and 2016 from Germany and the United States, respectively.

Notice the strange capitalization patterns that seem to at times mimic the capitalization patterns you see in German in which every noun is capitalized. This differs markedly from what you see in a tweet sent only seventeen minutes earlier. https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1260574760930545666?s=20
Both tweets claim that are coming from Trump, but they seem clearly to be written in two different voices. Is one of those voices Russian intelligence?
