Call 1: Phone menu, call drops.
Call 2: Phone menu. Office 8A-8P ET. Call back then. (It's 5:30).
Web chat: You have to call.
Call 3: Phone menu. Loop.
Call 4 (to main Suntrust #, instead of mortgage): Let me transfer you... Me: NOOOOOOO! Please send me to someone direct. Connected, bypass auto system. Call drops.
Call 5: Please don't transfer me. Please call yourself. Agent comes back. Sorry, they close at 6 now.
Me: It's 5:58.
All I want is simple info on *where to send a form*.

Can't be on the website, according to web agent, because of "licensing agreements." Can't talk to anyone at Suntrust who doesn't work in Mortgage.

Mortgage is open until 8, except it closes at 6, and also before 5:30.
