I’ve always felt some type of way at how Cloud calls Tifa ‘Tifa-san’ at the end here, believing he’s a fake Cloud and that he’s not *her* Cloud and thus strangers. He then calls true!Cloud ‘Cloud-kun’ to her https://twitter.com/gmnm_777/status/1259152444568727564

and that subtlety of -kun makes it even more bittersweet because Cloud knows that true!Cloud means a lot to her and is comparing him to his ‘fake’ self
