just remembered the time in sixth grade when my french teacher read off ways to say "i love you" in different languages, and of course japanese used "aishiteru", and she does not know how to pronounce the phenomes /at all/ and just sees "shit" and stumbles

perfect accent, everything. people go quiet and look at me, so i do it again, but louder.
