Retail stores in Maryland may re-open with up to 50% capacity; manufacturing may resume operations.

Personal services (barber shops and hair salons) may re-open at up to 50% capacity and by appointment only.
Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties have indicated they are not ready to move into Stage One. Others feel strongly that they are able to do so safely.
