don’t understand why africans think they’re better than black americans or others in the diaspora ...

like my parents and even siblings hold these racist beliefs about AA being thieves violent and all these negative things

when we were searching for houses we were in a neighborhood that is primarily black and i questioned my parents because they speak so terribly about black americans but they made an excuse about Obama ‘changing them’ ... huhh

i think they hurt from getting they car stolen when they first came here but it’s not that deep.. we’re literally the same
