Be patient, a lot of us are learning to be patient with ourselves the hard way
I'm still in my first year post diagnosis, following a long process of figuring out whats happening with my body. Having multiple conditions that overlap makes diagnosis tough, let alone living with illness
A fibro diagnosis also essentially means doctors don't really know why you're in so much pain - treatment is symptom management
I don't have pain free days, and I'm facing into that for probably my life
Disability is tough and complicated, and we need accommodations not pity
