Fat Loss Made Simple

Most people make fat loss complicated.

Far more so than it needs to be.

Losing fat and leading a healthier life can be simpler than most diet books make out.

This thread will point in the right direction...
1) Every meal eat a combination of protein and veggies

2) Drink more water – Aim for 1 litre per 25kg of body weight

3) Strength train 3-4 timer per week (bodyweight or weights)

4) Walk more – Take the stairs instead of the elevator, get out on your lunch break etc
5) Remember that no single food causes weight gain or weight loss. Total calories matter more than any one food

6) Keep a food diary

7) Don’t buy into quick fixes, shortcuts, or detoxes.

8) If you skip a workout or eat some junk, don't sweat it. Bounce back ASAP.
9) Avoid snacking

10) Don't keep junk food in the house

11) Cook the majority of your meals

12) Don't drink your calories

13) Remember to enjoy the process. Getting fit and healthy should be enjoyable. Not a chore
That’s as simple as it gets folks.

Now, this advice is limited and isn’t exhaustive. Nor is it particularly detailed.

That said, if you applied it consistently you’d do very well and likely seem some fantastic results.
