#ADOS, still think you're not being systematically locked out?

Ayofemi “Femi” Kirby was Director Of Communications for The CBC in 2012. She has since moved on from The CBC & onto other communication positions, she's now dir of communications at ABNY census. (cont)
Remember Wilsar? She took the job After Femi as director of communications for The CBC. Wilsar is from Sierra Leone

Wilsar announced the other day that she left The CBC director of communications position for another position elsewhere (an upgrade) 👇🏾

(cont)
The current director of communications for The CBC is a Nigerian woman named Toyin.

(cont)
The timeline is:

Femi (Nigerian) -> Wilsar (Sierra Leone) -> Toyin (Nigerian)

(cont)
Toyin, current director of CBC communications, liked this tweet about ADOS (👇🏾) . JAM has been writing hit pieces about ADOS for about a year at this point.

(cont)
A Jamaicain-American woman (Rep Sheila Jackson Lee) is heading HR40 and the past three directors of communication for The CBC have been African. Femi and Wilsar used their positions at The CBC to springboard into better digital media positions & I'm sure Toyin will as well.
I don't know what a "director of communication" exaclty entails but I am more than certain that an ADOS man or woman could've handled a Twitter and/or Instagram account for The CBC.

Understand how The CBC has positioned those in the diaspora, other than ADOS, to be the (cont)
mouthpiece for The CBC while the person whose supposed to petition HR40 on our behalf is a Jamaicain-American woman.

How are ADOS supposed to move throughout corporate America & gov't when what little nepotism we were supposed to have is given away to everyone but us! (cont)
None of you reading this want to work in digital media? Imagine what having The CBC on your resume can do for employment opportunities? Companies will hire you just because you have gov't connects.

This makes no sense & I blame idiot Pan-Afrikanists who never enforced a (cont)
two-way street mentality in this little Pan-Afrikan experiment. Smh.
