In recent years the club has had many problems, especially financial ones, with which we could not fight for the title. Dinamo is a historical club, x18 League Champion & x14 National Cup Champion.
The majority shareholder/owner has wanted to get rid of the club, since he has always declared that he has invested a lot of money and has not made any profit, he has only lost. Thing that many sources and the amounts received by player transfers contradict him.
The amount for which the shareholder/owner has publicly declared that he sells the club is 1 LEU (around € 0.20) but it comes with the accumulation of debts, which amounts to about €3M. One of Dinamo& #39;s big fan groups, PCH, started a fan program called the DDB Program. Made by fans for fans. A full membership program with various benefits to help the club financially. So anyone can become a member: 48€/ year DDB Member & 1.948€/year Elite DDB.
You can also DONATE any amount, and not become a member. The name of every member (DDB Member/Elite) will be on the next season t-shirt like you can appreciate in the photos.

What does PCH do with the money? Well, so far, they have accumulated a total of + €360K from members, almost €50K from donations and + €32K from events and auctions. The money is loaned to the club, and not donated, with which...
...Dinamo fans will get shares for the value of the borrowed money if the club does not return the money to the DDB Program, for a total of 10% more (currently they already have about 10% of the club).
The madness of our fans has reached such a point that PCH has organized a virtual FIFA match at the National Arena (online) and has sold tickets for the match worth € 22K. It must also be said that groups of fans from Sporting Lisbon, Inter Milan, etc. have helped our club.
PCH have paid the remaining salaries of the players that had been 3 months or more without being paid, and they have paid the league license for the coming season (which was around €180K) and which the majority shareholder/owner refused to pay.
Right now, Negoita (the majority shareholder / owner) is negotiating with a Spanish group, but since there is nothing certain, the DDB Program continues its action and wants to reach 10,000 members (right now 5,944) in case the negotiations with The Spanish investment fund fails
