But yes he survives and grows up to be the perfect Mom and when the time actually comes to breed him so he can get pregnant he's so fertile he gets pregnant the first time, and the alphas use him as their cumdump until it's time for him to be assigned a house.

He thought he was fully prepared to ignore his morals, but when he gives birth to his pup and sees the children in the House grow to love him as Mom he couldn't bear the thought of letting a single one be sacrificed as food for the demons.

So he escapes somehow (i guess like Emma did but since he was a Mom he had more tools at his disposal).

but he was able to seduce an Alpha into protecting him when the Moms in training had to get a device surgically implanted into their chests (as all adults who work there do) to prevent them from escaping.

So he ran and did all he could to protect his pups, and eventually met Katsuki, an alpha who had escaped years ago and watched all of his friends die.

They hid under the bunker for many weeks,

and everytime the pups would go to sleep Katsuki and Izuku would spend the night in each other's arms like they were making up for all those years.
