I& #39;ve started catching when I say the wrong word in an oral sentence like Orange instead of Exit but idk if thats progress or just me being overly self aware,
Idk who to talk to about this slight of tongue or the fact that me reading disorder has gotten really bad...

Are there things that help me Improve my reading?
I feel im becoming illiterate as I dont understand the things a read unless I reread over and over, sometimes out loud.
