🌳 Grounding Practice 🌳
What is grounding? This is the google definition but to me grounding is when you take a step away from the world+ people to find yourself again. It’s hard to hear yourself when people are constantly telling you how you should feel and projecting on to you
(2) A lot of people like myself will go into hermit mode and this is a form of grounding. Grounding is used primarily to sort out emotions, feelings, & to connect to yourself again. When you are grounded it is easier to clear any energy blockages you are currently feeling
(3) A few signs that help me know if I need to ground are:
-Meditations & channeling aren’t working properly meaning there’s an energy blockage that’s preventing us from meditating or channeling properly
-Random emotions throughout the day. This is common bc when you are
(4) constantly around so many people you subconsciously absorb their energy and feelings without knowing. When you ground you try to find your voice again. You are deciding if you are feeling your own emotions or the emotions of others. You ask yourself things like
(5) Is this what I truly want to do or is it what my friends, family, etc want? -Grounding will help you find the answers to these types of questions.
(6) A lot of readers will need to take a break and ground bc when you constantly give people readings you are accessing their energy. People that are in need of grounding are in a state of confusion and anxiousness.
(7) Grounding is a tool to help an individual sort through the chaos in their life. When your head is in the clouds, grounding is when you come back to reality. Sometimes when you are in a state of constant chaos you don’t know you need to be grounded until you step away
(8) I guess you can say that grounding is a tool to help you find yourself again. You are sorting through all of the projections and finding yourself again. Who are you? Is this what you want? Is this what you think or feel? Grounding helps answer those questions
