The obsession with Robert Pattinson’s pasta comments are the *perfect* example of a generic half-joke thing that is only funny if a celebrity says it. All of you reading this have said things funnier than that

it is the twitter equivalent of celebrities playing charades on talk shows

also this is not a dig at Robert Pattinson. i love the guy. It’s a dig at *us* for celebrating a joke that he made about microwaving pasta

if you like him and would like to celebrate him go watch Twilight or The Lighthouse or Good Time, they are all quite enjoyable

if you like pasta go make your own pasta jokes, it is such a funny food - plenty of room for great pasta comedy content. Or you can eat it.
