There are clearly people at all these "culture sector in crisis" summits who will be trying to find ways to revive/maintain the winning positions of organisations and individuals in what is currently a very unequal sector
I am not an outright iconoclast (nor keen for policy to be imbued with a vorticist/futurist idea of invigorating renewal) but fossilation/maintenance of the status quo in this crisis is a wasted opportunity. Esp given "unthinkable" policy is occuring all around.
