Chapter 3 Synopsis: Jovial peddler, Padan Fain warns the townsfolk of a war and a False Dragon in Ghealdan. Mat and Rand are joined by their friend Perrin. Egwene tells Rand she wants to be a Wisdom--as the Gleeman enters the Inn.
Chapter 3: Padan Fain peddles goods and gossip. Should the villagers trust his stories of the world beyond Two Rivers? Tell us why!
Chapter 3: When the Aes Sedai are mentioned, why does it seem that the villagers are just as concerned with them as the “false” Dragon? Do you think stories of the Aes Sedai have been “peddled?”
