I would ensure that Selena acted in more movies. Some roles would be mature for older audiences, some like comedy and some that are children friendly. Then some action movies too. Selena's acting career would be huge
In terms of music she would be free to do what she pleases, but I would also ensure from time to time she has a song like say fetish, wolves, bad liar, back to you or it ain't me. Also yes I would have promo in several forms
I would ensure she has an actual makeup artist and stylist. I would ensure she gets outfits she would genuinely feel comfortable in. If she doesn't like the outfit scrap that I'll try again with something else equally as stylish. Her makeup would never be too heavy
I feel like I would be the only one like this but I would have a specific page where selenators could report any sort if hate speech against Selena. Not people's opinions but directed and obvious hate would get taken down the moment of gets send to us

Selena would be at important events unless she has a valid excuse like she doesn't feel well or is tired. Otherwise yes she would be serving
Finally a taylena collab HAS to happen and if possible a selriana collab too even if it means exposing scootrat.
