A THREAD: I think it’s fair to argue that homeowner Larry English took several steps to gin up a neighborhood posse to catch the suspected burglar seen on his video cameras. The the McMichaels overreacted and killed Arbery, and now English is claiming "I'm not involved."
It seems English was quite motivated to catch whoever stole his fishing equipment and whoever was coming onto his property. He installed cameras. The cameras were not there just to review footage at a later time if something got stolen.
He put an app on his phone so he would get immediate alerts of any intrusions. On Feb 11, he called police about a young black male repeatedly trespassing on his property. Why call police if he thought nothing was stolen? Presumably, he wanted the guy “caught.”
Police call logs confirm that homeowner Larry English absolutely DID tell police about theft occurring on his property in the months prior to Ahmaud Arbery's death around the time a black man was seen on camera repeatedly trespassing on his property: https://twitter.com/lostinacanyon/status/1263256290404392960
Satilla Shores 911 call logs show that Larry English's next door neighbor Diego Perez at 224 Satilla Dr reported tools stolen from his truck on 6/30/19. That may explain why he beseeched Larry to immediately send him trespasser video clips. So he could rush out ARMED and confront
