Chanyeol created NNG Studio to express himself more, both as an artist/music producer & as LOEY, yet what he got was criticism for his first video. He really has high hopes for this channel & expected lots of support from fans. He has 20.9M followers on IG but only 890K subs. +
Being in EXO means he has to keep a specific image. NNG Studio is his creative space & where he can truly be himself. It is like a sort of breather for him. Mind you that this doesn't imply that being in EXO is a bad thing; he just gets to express himself more with NNG. +
I admire him when he said that after that situation, he began to have a new mindset & will just start doing whatever he wants. However, he still deserves that 3M subs he initially thought of when he first started this channel. +
He deserves so much more than being criticized for being himself & doing something that he loves. All 9 of the EXOs deserve that.
