1 like = 1 anime i recommend

most of my picks aren't too mainstream,, so i'd like to think these series should get some attention !!

shinsekai no yori
genre: sci-fi, psychological, drama

the world building is chef's kiss! one of my faves!

indulge yourself in a world, 1000 years into the future where humans develop psychokinesis. it's a tale that challenges your view of the world and society as a whole.

aku no hana
genre: psychological, drama

the manga >> anime

but the anime does have it's own merits, the sounds and visuals amplify the feeling of uneasiness and the tension. the art direction, although jarring to many-- simply brings out how hopeless everything is.

+ i don't recommend Aku No Hana to everyone btw !!

it's a pretty dark and unsettling show. most likely than not you'll end up disliking the characters for their rotten morals. this anime is not meant to make you feel endearment towards them. it's more of a harsh reality.

genre: psychological, magical girl

it's pretty well-known but alot of new anime watchers overlook this classic
