The powers that be should be providing information for you to make these decisions as an informed party. They should not, nor should you grant them the authority to, make this decision for you.

If you’re unable to make this decision for yourself, you don’t have the right to remove that decision from those capable of assessing their own risk. You aren’t being noble removing choice from others. You aren’t doing anyone any good. That’s an authoritarian. Don’t be a villain
