@AACTconnect is hosting virtual symposia this summer to offer PD to the K-12 chemistry community since BCCE was cancelled. Certificates of attendance will be available. Here is the basic plan; keep in mind there can be flexibility as we move forward. 1/5

Symposia will begin the week of July 5, scheduling one or two a week through the first week of August. We will only schedule one symposium a day. We plan to start at noon or 1:00 pm ET to accommodate all time zones. 2/5

Each symposium will have an organizer and max of 12 speakers. Each speaker will have 20 minutes – including Q&A. There will be a break halfway through each symposium. 3/5

AACT will create the event in GoToWebinar and each speakers and organizer will receive an invitation to present their talk. AACT will also meet with each speaker briefly in GoToWebinar prior to their symposium to review logistics. 4/5
