What can't a tabletop RPG be? Are there limits on this artform? And what shape do they take?
Like for example I think film struggles to be interactive in a way that doesn't feel tacked on or hokey, Bandersnatch's CYOA format was awkward and the piece suffered for it imo.
The primary limitation/difficulty for TTRPGs for me stems from the break between player ability and character competence, especially when it comes to playing as like, charismatic or "intelligent" (their word, not mine) characters. It's hard to imagine a solve for that imo
