"Something that was very special from our relationship is that we are both coming from long relantionships with our past coaches, moving to a different country and we are also both established skaters, so we really bonded over that and bonded over the experience of transition."

And she's super focused, I have never meet a skater like her."

"And when she talks about learning from me how to be adaptable, I learn about patience with her, knowing what are you confident about, so we're kind of blending out the two things.
We joke about it all the time and she'll be like "OMG, you are being so focused today, so good."
