Hey friends I'd like to point out that you're not "wallowing" or "giving up" you're feeling your feelings like humans are supposed to do during times of grief and trauma.
Also, numb friends, you are not doing it wrong you're just getting through life the way you need to in order to keep going right now and your feelings will be there to feel when you feel safe enough to sit with them.
