By popular demand. I have decided to investigate the mysteries of how my wife folds a fitted sheet. I& #39;m risking my linen closet and my marriage for this. So let& #39;s start with her finished product (photo). I had to cheat to see if it was a fitted or flat sheet. Amazing. https://twitter.com/AllowedFool/status/1260378092742283264">https://twitter.com/AllowedFo...
Let& #39;s see if I can reverse engineer her actions to conduct this witchcraft myself. So let& #39;s unfold a little bit.
I& #39;m really doing this. No turning back. @PetalumaPegleg I want you to know this is for science and for you!
OK. Now I am starting to realize just how over my head I am. The hubris... Oh my God the hubris.
I have spotted a laundry basket full of linens. Maybe I can act like the sheet just came out of the dryer.

No, I must try.
There are fold lines in this, and I know the pattern she used. I& #39;m not some Kevin James/Ray Romano character, I can do this.
OK. Here& #39;s my finished product. I have never achieved better than a ball. It& #39;s not neat and flat like hers, but this is a quantum leap for me. Is it replicable? I hope to never find out.

(And it is still going into the laundry basket. No way this can pass the linen closet test)
