The role of a judge is to interpret law in cases presented by the prosecutor.

It is NOT the role of a judge to decide which cases should or should not be prosecuted.

That authority rests with the prosecutor.

Does this judge intend to be both the judge & the prosecutor? https://twitter.com/emilia_suze/status/1260568721401266176
2) IF this judge feels that there is any sign of impropriety with the DOJ in their handling of the Flynn case he should be filing complaints through the proper channels.

He does not however get to create his own courtroom drama for public consumption. #AbuseofPower
2) The SCOTUS precedents in this case are very clear:

Rule 48(a). "the D.C. Circuit stated, decisions to dismiss pending criminal charges fall within the prosecutorial discretion of the executive branch"

in other words the DOJ has sole discretion on prosecuting cases.
3) "Rule 48(a) does not confer “any substantial role” for courts in determining whether charges should be dismissed. Instead, the role of the courts is quite narrow—to protect a defendant against prosecutorial harassment through repeated efforts to file and then dismiss charges"
4) The ONLY thing that the courts can do is demand an explanation as to why the case was brought against Flynn is now being dismissed.

We already know that it is being dismissed due to new evidence that has surfaced proving that the General was deliberately entrapped.
5) I am certain that this new evidence was included in the dismissal brief submitted to the judge.

But despite this new evidence the judge is moving outside his appropriate role and now appears to be trying to force a case that should never have been.
6) This action by the court, purely for political grandstanding is just further proof that our systems have been fully corrupted by bad actors for political gain. It doesn't matter if you are a 3-star General who served his country faithfully or an auto-mechanic, you aren't safe.
7) This level of corruption is exactly why the upcoming election is the most important election in our lifetimes.

We are either going to take back this country or we are going to lose it completely.

There is no middle ground anymore.

8) 24 times this Judge ruled against outside sources weighing in on this case. Now he is going against his own rulings to allow outside sources to weigh in including former members of the DOJ who are no longer actively involved in the case undermining the authority of the AG.
9) Judge Sullivan is abusing his power with corrupted intent solely for political gain, he is so intent on maintaining the false Flynn narrative that he is even making rulings against his own courtroom precedents, it just doesn't get any more obvious. #InvestigateSullivan
