I graduated college with a B.S. in Accounting & my GPA was a 2.9. I just knew I would never get a job in my field I used to be sick when I would apply to jobs & they would ask for my transcript.

I had interviewed at this accounting firm 1 month post graduation & ALL of my 6 interviewers literally told me “No one cares about your GPA in the real world. It’s all about experience and your willingness to grow.”

I took their advice and started applying to some smaller accounting jobs to gain experience & build my resume up. After 9 months, I applied to a wayyyy bigger job & got it. (my current job)

If you keep God first and allow yourself to be teachable, you’ll always be good!
