I graduated college with a B.S. in Accounting & my GPA was a 2.9. I just knew I would never get a job in my field

I had interviewed at this accounting firm 1 month post graduation & ALL of my 6 interviewers literally told me âNo one cares about your GPA in the real world. Itâs all about experience and your willingness to grow.â
I took their advice and started applying to some smaller accounting jobs to gain experience & build my resume up. After 9 months, I applied to a wayyyy bigger job & got it.
