potential harms:
false reassurance-> sub/un/conscious/deliberate increased risky behaviours.
false reassurance-> policy makers relax restrictions assuming efficacy.
social issues: communication, for lipreading/deaf people, issues folk with cognitive impairment, mask-shaming,
efficacy; we have no real life human data that they help.
diversion; we/I are talking about this and not HEALTH INEQUALITIES which is the most imp thing

bottom line: I don't know if facecoverings for citizens will help, I don't know if there are unintended consequences, and
no one does caus high quality fair tests have not been done (and no, evidence is not all about RCTs). evidence based medicine - fairly stating what is known/ not known, and how we can improve that knowledge.

PLEASE can we talk about INEQUALITIES and who should be shielding now?
