A PSA for my fellow @PlayApex players; please enable 2FA to protect your accounts.

My account was recently hacked and all of my #ApexLegends coins were stolen.

@EA Support verified the hack and the unauthorised spend, but were not willing to provide me with a credit (1/2).

This is because their system is not equipped to refund in-game purchases.

Although they definitely had the ability to credit me with my lost Apex Coins, they were not willing to (irrespective of them being able to verify my account was stolen) (2/3).

This meant that I then needed to pay to purchase new Apex Coins so that I could then purchase this seasons battle pass, so not only was my account hacked & I lost my points, EA subsequently made more money off of me as a result.

With this in mind, please protect your accounts!
