Endurance is very hard work, it& #39;s why we& #39;re all exhausted, also why we (me definitely) are craving escape. Like, I don& #39;t want to drink but if I could, I& #39;d be LURRYING into it. The chance to switch off the relentless fear for a while would be LOVELY https://twitter.com/micheal_debarra/status/1260551175117475841">https://twitter.com/micheal_d...
Endurance has to be done in & #39;bouts& #39;, with a dual carrot/stick approach. I tell myself to get as far as lunchtime then I can ate some sweets or watch an episode of Brooklyn 99 or lie spread-eagled on the floor for 15 minutes. Then start all over again
Staying in today is the only way to Endure. Projecting into tomorrow or next week is a mistake because right now, today, we don& #39;t have the resources to last that long. But day-by-day we& #39;ll most likely manage to bootstrap enough endurance to get through 24 hours
Even so, we& #39;ll hit a wall on the regular. Let it happen, whatever form it takes (crying, shouting, ateing or drinking too much, getting obsessed with blue cowboy boots.) Let& #39;s not be mane to ourselves, most of us have never before been this scared or challenged
