Don't get into any confrontation with Nigerian law enforcement agencies. They are mostly frustrated and uneducated rogues in uniform.

Forget your "rights." If they shoot you, we'd trend hash tags and move on. Your death will change little or nothing. Know the country you live in

If they ask for a bribe and you can afford it, please give them their bribe and move on with your life intact.

Even when you have not broken the law, drop your English and patronize with "Officer sir", prostate for them if you must. You'd still rise and remain taller

Allow those with certain privileges and experiences to keep pushing for police reform in the various way it's been done.

But while that happens and we live in a a lawless country run by criminals in uniforms, study the jungle and adapt to its realities.

This is for those who want to just live their peaceful lives, enjoy their little money with their loved ones.

Those who want to sacrifice their lives for "change" are welcomed to do that. But I've seen a good number of such deaths/sacrifice. They've all changed nothing so far.
