So certain aspects of lockdown have been relaxed from today, but there is one message that remains clear.

Whenever we’re outside our own household, we should be keeping to physical distancing rules.

Let’s stay apart until we can come together.
Washing our hands is still REALLY important.

It’s one of the easiest ways to protect yourself.

For instance, washing your hands (for at least 20 seconds) before you leave home and when you return can help stop the potential spread of #coronavirus.
Please consider wearing a face covering if you're in an enclosed public space such as a shop or on a bus to help reduce the spread of coronavirus.

Instead of buying a medical one (so they can be saved for frontline workers) get creative and make your own👉 https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering/how-to-wear-and-make-a-cloth-face-covering
We can now go outside more than once a day for exercise (as long as we follow physical distancing guidelines).

That includes being able to play some sports⛳️🎣🏀
