Vardy and Mahrez have been the most recent of these duos. With a combined 58 G/A contribution in the 2015/16 season, which led Leicester to their first Premier League title. x

Rooney and Ronaldo are players that will always be remembered. Between 2007-2009, they had a 102 goal contributions between each other, Ronaldo scoring 31 goals in 34 appearances in the 2007/08 season alone and winning a whole bunch of personal accolades. Remarkable.

Despite Henry having a much better G/A record with 36, and Bergkamp only having 11 goal contributions in 2003/04, these two had a great understanding between each other which made them unstoppable. All of this led to Arsenal winning the league undefeated, the only 'Invincibles'

Last but not least, Drogba x Lampard. In 2009/10, these two had probably their best season in a Chelsea shirt with 75 goal contributions in the league alone. All of this led to them winning the league.

There are obviously more great partnerships like, Yorke x Cole, Suarez x Sturridge, etc.

But these ones are the best imo.
