Accidentally sent our translation payment to an incorrect paypal owned by our translator when he was younger. He no longer has access to that account so we initiated a chargeback. @AskPayPal decided to let that account keep the funds.

The seller wants us to have our money back.
The seller has no access to this old account anymore and wants us to have our money back yet PayPal somehow determined this case in their favor. I have no words for how incredibly idiotic this is.
In this situation @PayPal is standing in the way of a Seller refunding a Buyer from an account that the Seller no longer has access to. They are holding the funds in that dead account, protecting no one, and stealing from both customers.
