Upon reading our lessons, here are some tips on data gathering:
1. Know your respondents. Make sure that you promote inclusivity.
2. Make sure that your questions will be understandable by everyone. Do not use jargons as possible.

3. Make sure that you will not miss essential choices. Put "OTHERS" option if the choice is unnecessary.
4. Ask the right question. DO NOT put tricky questions like, "If we will implement MCQ in your area, how do you want to be implemented?"

5. Also, please put the Data Privacy Consent on the top of the questionnaire. It is unethical to put it on the last part for the respondent already answered the questions without reading the terms and conditions of your questionnaire.

6. Please double-check your questionnaires before dissemination. This will help you to avoid tons of questions from your respondents and to help you gather accurate data.
