There was one week where I would eat an avocado a day as a snack (the avocados was on sale) and my skin was PLUMP, JUICY & RADIANT. The fatty acids came motherfucking thru!!
Eat your vegetables, fish and fruits! Stop eating so much oily food. Junk, sugary treats and dairy? Once in awhile can but not all the time. Drink water! If you’re not a fan of water (weirdo), then green tea or infused fruits into your water. And wash your damn face.
& also stop sleeping in air conditioned room. If you do, make sure it’s not too cold and get a diffuser. Muah!!! 💋💋💋
