It's time. 37 things, out of a truly endless list, to love about Wonho, our precious Lee Hoseok, priceless heart of Monsta X and compassionate defender of Monbebe.

1. Monbebe family, I don't know where to start. So I'll begin with a huge, all-encompassing statement: there is no one else like Wonho. There is no other k-pop star--heck, no other celebrity--who can claim a heart more sincere nor a life more inspiring.

So. Let's begin.

2. Wonho's heart for Monbebe is so precious and so, so soft. As we will discuss later, Wonho has a very strong image. He has the power to be as intimidating as he darn well pleases. But, instead, he chooses to be kind and concerned with our everyday, ordinary lives.

3. Which brings me to my next point. Wonho's little check-ins are so precious--reminding us to eat, wishing us goodnight, telling us when we need to dress warmly. He wants to share regular, everyday life with us.

4. Wonho wears so many gifts from us! Sweatshirts, hats, and that iconic Monbebe necklace...he wants to let us know that he sees our shows of love and appreciates them with his whole heart.

5. Wonho is truly our defender and always, always sets the bullies straight. He even went so far as to record a video of his voice for Monbebe who live alone to play if someone strange ever comes to their door.

6. And here's the thing. WONHO IS A HUGE, BUFF DUDE. You don't even need these photos for reference, but here they are! Wonho COULD be this big, tough, buff dude, but instead, he's a little bunny disguised as a body builder.

7. And let's be real. One of the reasons why Wonho is a fitness addict is so that he can be strong enough to scale a wall to see Monbebe. You know what I'm talking about.

8. Wonho is so full of thoughtful generosity towards us. I'm thinking about when he wiped off a wet chair with his own clothes so a Monbebe could sit there, and when he handed his umbrella to a Monbebe, and when he gave flowers to multiple Monbebe. His heart never stops giving.

9. I have to mention one more Monbebe-related thing before moving on. Wonho has spent absolutely countless hours with us on Vlive. He just wants to spend time with us and includes us in his daily routine--eating, working out, heck, even lying down to take a nap.

10. But Wonho isn't just whipped for Monbebe. No, he's whipped for his members, too. His softness with Shownu. His goofiness with Minhyuk (Dumb and Dumber, anyone?). His pride in Kihyun. HYUNGWONHO. The affection in his eyes for Joohoney. His cuddles to keep Changkyun warm.

11. Going off the last point, Wonho is everyone's best hype man. He hypes up EVERYBODY else's abs and can't stop rambling about how cute they are. If anyone is Monsta X's number one supporter, it's Wonho.

12. Wonho has insisted from the start that the members are seven (I've got more to say about this, later). Over and over, he talks about his six brothers. Over and over, he makes them all promise they'll stay together forever. Wonho is the biggest OT7 supporter out there.

13. Let's also talk about Wonho's cuddly nature, shall we?

14. Now let's discuss Wonho's art. Let's begin with his music productions. Every track Wonho produces is smooth, and so many are soothing. I don't know if you know this, by the way, but two of his songs, "Neol Hada" and "From Zero" made it into Billboard. "From Zero" was #1!

15. Wonho is an absolutely magnificent dancer. He combines grace with strength. And his movements are so emotional. It seems like he can do just about any dance style--powerful, elegant, cute, edgy, you name it.

16. As a singer, there's a reason Wonho starts a huge number of Monsta X's songs. His vocals are stable while able to evoke so much emotion. In my opinion, he has one of the most sensuous voices of the whole group.

17. Let's talk about the outfit Wonho designed for "Mirror," shall we? And let's talk about how Wonho wrote the song himself, and how the choreography was so perfectly designed to highlight his and Shownu's strengths.

22. Okay, fam. I dare you. I dare you to name a K-Pop star who doesn't have a tremendous obsession with Wonho. I dare you to name someone who doesn't swoon whenever Wonho or his muscles come up as a conversation topic. I DARE YOU.

23. And do you know why that is? Wonho has a wide-open heart. He loves so deeply, so sincerely, without reservation. Doesn't matter to him where someone comes from or who they are. There's a reason he's so beloved and admired.

24. This brings me to my next point.

Wonho's been through a lot. As a member of Monsta X, he and the others have faced a lot more than their fair share of trials and difficulties and struggles within the industry. But you know I'm not just talking about his struggles as a +

+ member of Monsta X. I'm also talking about his difficult background, even before debut. Wonho's heart is wide open because he has gone through painful circumstances that have refined him as a person. He is compassionate because he has needed compassion. After +

+ everything he has gone through, he remains so full of wonder, so full of childlike joy. The fact that Wonho maintains such an open, soft heart after the stuff he's had to face is miraculous. Wonho himself is miraculous.

25. And he came back. After multitudes of bullies tried to take him down and defame him, Wonho has kept his promise to us and returned to our side. He could have walked away forever, and honestly? Isn't that what many of us would have done? But he didn't. He returned +

+ to Monbebe's side, just like he always said he would, and he brought his tender heart with him, too.

26. Speaking of Wonho's tender heart, it's now time to turn our discussion to Wonho as a caregiver for children. FAM. We weren't sure how it was gonna go at the daycare because he introduced himself as "Mr. Handsome," and the kids didn't quite know how to process that, BUT THEN +

+ he ended up getting along so well with those kiddos. He let them climb all over him and beat him up, for goodness' sake! He got down on their level and made friends with them instantly because he showed them that he trusted them and that his arms were always open to them.

27. Let's also talk about Wonho's relationship with his precious mother. I remember in No.Mercy how obvious it was that he cared so much for her. He cried as he spoke of the trials she'd been through and promised to make it up to her. I'd say he more than has.

31. Remember when the psychologist came to evaluate the members, and he said that Wonho has a deep need to be understood and loved and accepted? I can't help but think that perhaps Wonho's love for hurting Monbebe is because he knows what it's like to be in their (our) shoes.

32. Wonho is nearly always the first to lead Monsta X in proclaiming their love for us Monbebe when accepting awards. All of the members love us--of course they do!!--but Wonho absolutely will not shut up about it, and that's why I love him so.

33. Speaking of awards and wins, I remember watching a behind-the-scenes little video clip of Wonho comforting all the members as they cried after their first Dramarama win. He was crying, too, but he wanted to be there for them. He wanted to be there.

34. That first win meant so much. And it makes me think about how hard Wonho worked to come this far in this industry. All those nights he spent practicing by himself. How he bettered himself to become a person we can be proud of (and proud we are, precious bunny). The other +

+ members have talked about how he doesn't sleep enough because he's always up exercising or working in the studio, trying to become the best version of himself. Music is his dream. WE are his dream.

35. And we are his tomorrow. What does the future look like? We don't know. But what we do know is that Wonho will be walking with us through it.

36. Which leads me to this: Wonho keeps his promises. Think of all the promises he's made throughout the years, and how he is doing his best to keep each and every one of them. He isn't giving up on us...not ANY of us. His determination to keep his promises knows no bounds.

37. And so. The final reason out of 37, though we could write enough books to fill a library and then some, couldn't we?

My favorite thing about Wonho is that he loves us. Oh, we whine, we fight, we ask for SO much of his attention, but it genuinely delights him +

+ to love us with all of his big, beautiful heart of his. He pours himself out for us. There isn't any part of Wonho that doesn't love us. As one of his friends once said, "Wonho is a fool who knows only Monbebe." +

+ Wonho, you've shown us what love means--to never give up, never hold back. Please, accept our love, too. Understand it doesn't matter what the future is. We'll always love you with our whole hearts because that's exactly what you've taught us.
