...cautiously welcome it. No more, when two hearings in two court centres miles apart are listed in a way it is impossible to do both, will one need to be returned. Solicitors will be able to have one in house representative dealing with all cases. It is just so much better 2/n

...and then, as a youngster at the Bar, I remember how I cut my teeth and developed contacts; through the return of that second case or a case at the Mags ct the solicitor just couldn't cover...and I wonder how, in the brave new world, the pupils and new tenants will develop 3/n
