Struggling to read books?

Here is how I read 3 books in a month.

First, You need to have a solid mindset and commitment.

Don't read books because it is fancy, read them because you want to gain knowledge and build your mind.

The cycle will go on and on and by the time we get to end month,

I am done with them all.

Not easy but needs temerity.

Books are STUDIED. I study them the way you would prepare for an academic exam.

I note thoughtful statements & highlight important points.

That is what works for me.

Don't compare yourself with me, please.

You can start with 1 book, 1 page.

Or use the 2 minute rule. - Just read a page/pages in 2 minutes.

I don't recommend pdfs because they will distract you. Flip the pages.

I don't watch movies.

I donated my TV because it is useless for now.

I don't read newspapers but I read medical journals and textbooks of medicine.

I sometimes listen to music. I use @Spotify and @Youtube music app.

This is what works for me.

I like it.
