Causal inference tweeps, a cross-disciplinary q for you: In psych, models like the one pictured below ( https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.1177/1094428119847278?journalCode=orma) are popular for causal inf. I haven't seen them much in other fields (correct me if I'm wrong) -- why is that?>

Maybe Granger cause is somehow more relevant to psych? Maybe psych is more likely to collect own data because of experimental tradition, so intensive longitudinal sampling seems more feasible? Maybe the other fields are just missing out? Maybe psych is missing some central flaw?
