so basically MAMI has a category for movies meant for kids and like teens and stuff. I’m not sure if I can tell y’all about how I got selected but basically I wrote about my favourite movie and why it’s my favourite movie. and they liked my 1000 word essay and they picked me.

And then there was the opening ceremony.went w mom which was at the Gateway and man I’m telling you I’ve never seen so many celebs ek saath like dude Kalki was hosting it, Kiran Rao was there ofc, Rajkumar Hirani, Radhika Apte, Jaya Bacchan, Karan Johar. fucking hell it was 10/10

I also got to talk w Sean Baker man I was trying so hard not to fanboy obsessively. man if y’all haven’t The Florida Project or Tangerine y’all need to.

so they were calling the juries up on stage and when we were called up Anil Kapoor made eye contact w me and gave the polite acknowledgment waala nod to me and zbznznnzznn

so all the celebs being celebs were entering through the red carpet cause area and this shirt dude came in wahaa se thought it’s a kid or sumn turns out it was Aamir Khan anyways...

So like once it wrapped up everyone had to leave through the red carpet area only so there I bumped my elbows with this six foot three or something giant. It was Jaqueline Fernandes.

Then we went to Pizza By The Bay

Then there was the private screening. I was supposed to watch all the movies w all the members but on the day of the screening mera school fest tha and I ain’t gonna miss that. so I got to watch it all alone

Then there was the closing ceremony nothing much happened there Vicky Kaushal was hosting it w someone don’t remember who. One of the photographers tripped on Yami Gautam’s dress and I met Darren Aronofsky.
