We don’t normally call out bullies/abusers here, but this trash happens way too often

And we stand up to it on behalf of all our fellow makers

Note: this customer ordered a refill pack instead of a book, and this is the very first time they have contacted us... ever

“Hi, my order didn’t come with discs. I will be returning this ‘book’ for a refund and leaving you a bad review if you don’t send them to me. Thank you and sorry for the fuss, I hope this was a mistake and not you trying to make extra money”
Our response can basically be summed up as:

“Hi! It looks like you only ordered a refill rather than a full book. Normally, we’d be happy to help, but we have zero tolerance for bullying. We will gladly refund your order, and we insist you take your future business elsewhere.”
We strive to always be understanding, inclusive, and helpful, and we absolutely go to the mat for our customers (especially if there’s a problem with an order)

But, the moment you denigrate us or our work, or you come at us with threats or slander, you stop being a customer
To our fellow makers: remember that no matter how much money they give you, a customer doesn’t buy the right to abuse you

Don’t take it

Send that bullshirt packing
