A teacher in Incheon who went clubbing in Itaewon but did not come forward to be tested could face criminal charges after they infected 8 people including 6 students. The teacher was found using mobile phone GPS tracking.

The teacher taught Hagwon (after school academy) 2 of the people infected went to church at the weekend. The result is that 700 people are now in quarantine and being tested. 5,500 after school academies have been closed.

Penalty can be up to 20 mill KRW fine or 2 yrs in prison

The man allegedly told officials that he was unemployed and had no occupation when he was tracked. However he had been teaching at the Hagwon (after school academy)
