idk this ben discourse is really not sitting right with me. i feel like the concept of abuse is not being taken seriously and is just being thrown around to prove a point which is so hurtful/disrespectful for victims.

as someone who lived with abuse for the majority of my upbringing, this has upset me so much. it feels so belittling and trivialising, as if what i went through is a joke or just "discourse". just a little reapect for the gravity of the term would be nice.

god this is gonna get a bit personal but..... i saw that stella storyline when i was 10 and it hit so close to home. i connected with that and part of the reason i love ben so much now is because he& #39;s a survivor. yes, he& #39;s messed up and makes mistakes and bad decisions

but he& #39;s good at heart, he loves deeply, people love him despite his flaws and he& #39;s strong despite what he might think about himself. that gives me a lot of hope, and i& #39;m not saying everyone else has to see that too, but please please don& #39;t take the piss.
