If you& #39;re not sure what to do in this moment... [many people feel this way], I have three suggestions that won& #39;t take too much time to get you started.
1. Start by reading @dviyer& #39;s very useful "mapping our social change roles in times of crisis." https://medium.com/@dviyer/mapping-our-social-change-roles-in-times-of-crisis-8bbe71a8ab01">https://medium.com/@dviyer/m... - Start thinking about what types of roles you naturally gravitate towards.
1 a. If you learn better by listening, you can listen to @dviyer& #39;s presentation on this tool. https://us02web.zoom.us/rec/play/65V5cuH8-Do3GtaTtwSDBvEvW9XrLKms0SRI-KAPyxzmUnBXYFekMLVBauBkcRqReIY30h0gFj0aZMIS?continueMode=true&_x_zm_rtaid=m7cZiSbjRXSCV9_xtDAHqw.1589322382852.fd629357aefee18233cb76a383c8c82d&_x_zm_rhtaid=882">https://us02web.zoom.us/rec/play/... - the key however is that for it to be useful, you actually have to engage the material.
2. Someone took the time to make a short zine titled "You Have Skills: Evaluating What Skills You Can Bring to Radical Organizing" - take a few minutes to read it and think about what skills you might be able to bring to organizing. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1C2rU2VtVKljgWgTT6fgxhTrjjDYoKwAf/view?usp=sharing">https://drive.google.com/file/d/1C...
3. Once you done your self-assessment, start paying attention to what other people around you are plugging into, pay attention to the opportunities that come across your TL, you& #39;ll be primed because you will have a better sense of yourself and what you want to bring to organizing
