NYC has met, or nearly meet, most of the benchmarks laid out by the State for reopening. Except two:

==> # of contact tracers (need to be 2500, now only 40)

Many of you have asked about a discrepancy in the # of hospitalizations. The # above, supplied by the State, is for all hospitals in NYC. The City data tracks admissions to the public hospitals only.
