The failure might have had something to do with half the campaign video being about your "volunteer work" which appears to be you spending an hour explaining the plot of your comic to kids and then having them draw the characters.

oh my god his kickstarter campaign stretch goal was this guy "donating" four two-hour "writing workshops" centered around his comics.

He was going to talk at kids for two hours about his shitty writing and call it charity work.
