A tips for everyone to stay hydrated during Ramadhan 🥺 (it's important if you love your body)
Make sure to drink atleast 2L of water everyday in between iftar until imsak. But don't chug it all up at once. Instead drink it gradually. I recommend y'all to drink around 500ml for Sahur. And the other 1.5L from iftar until before you sleep.
And also please don't drink too much sweet drinks for iftar ! After a full day of not drinking anything, you should start it by drinking water. Drinking only sweet drinks for iftar actually worsens our dehydration 😣 (poor that cute kidney of yours 🥺)
And also, follow the sunnah ! Do ur iftar by drinking water and eating kurma first and proceed to pray maghrib first before continuing with your meal. It is actually good for your "stomach engine" to reinitialise after a long day of being passive.
And lastly, stock up on fruits and veggies like watermelons and cucumbers during the period of not fasting because these foods are very high with water. Plus they're also delicious !! (I love watermelons so much 😍🍉)
