I don't understand if the hadith where prophet Mohamed pbuh curses effeminate men, is targeted at men who are effeminate for immoral purposes, or men who imitate women purposefully, my reason for thinking the first is that after prophet Mohamed curses effeminate men he says to..
throw them out of our houses, which relates to the hadith on the Mukhannath named (Hit) who was trusted in female quarters until he immorally described a woman's appearance, and was then no longer allowed to remain in this position, I just don't see where the fuqaha are gaining..
the interpretation that prophet Mohamed condemning all mukhannaths, is actually only referring to the set few that imitate women purposefully but those that are created with certain feminine characteristics have no blame on them, I mean I read some lesser known hadiths show...
that prophet Mohamed pbuh would not enter a house that had a mukhannth, even though previously before this incident (Hit) was allowed entrance into female quarters, my personal opinion which isn't fixed, and may be wrong, is that there's no blame for a man imitating women if...
it's not done for immoral reasons, again I may be wrong but as for now unless I can be proven otherwise by evidence and not just fatwas from Islamic scholars, then this is the view I'm sticking by, so if you see me in the future post anything feminine, this is my reasoning. Salam
